The artwork for sale will be on view at VON everyday 5pm-3am throughout the exhibition. These works will also be viewable from the website, www.vonnyc.com All proceeds from the sales will be contributed directly to secular organizations earnestly involved in the massive task of revival and healing the South East Asian regions affected by this unforeseen natural disaster. Some of the non for profits chosen by the artists are UNICEF, WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, SAVE THE CHILDREN, INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE, PLAN INTERNATIONAL, AMERICAN INDIAN ASSOCIATION, WHITE WIND ZEN ORGANIZATION. All proceeds from the sale of artwork will go directly to the charity of each Artist's choice. Artists include: Christa Toole, Aillinn Brennan, Andrei Roiter, Ariane Boss, Arik Bartelmus, Bryan Stauss among others. Opening March 4, 2005 Studio Lodo / Phoenix Center For Contemporary Art 15 E Jackson Phoenix, AZ 85004 Translucent Transcendence Curated by Tlisza Jaurique, Translucent Transcendence is an exhibition of twelve contemporary artists from AZ, Los Angeles, And NYC that explore anti/structural aesthetic definitions of meaning and form through the use of diverse mediums. Difference is unified and unifies without the loss of that defined difference. Artists include: Christa Toole, Marcus Xilliox, Yves Amu Klein, Rebecca Odes Kanarick. Williamsburg Wedding April 1, 2005 Galerie Scherer8 Schererstraße 8 13347 Berlin U6, U8, U9, S Wedding Germany Open Ground and Galerie Scherer8 proudly present Williamsburg Wedding, an organically initiated international exchange between artists in Brooklyn and Berlin. On March 5th, Open Ground has the pleasure of introducing seven German artists to New York City with a group exhibition at Open Ground in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In turn on April 1st, Galerie Scherer8 and the storefronts on Schererstra?e in Wedding, Berlin, will host site-specific installations and artwork from 23 artists in the Open Ground collective.
